About Me

I am a wife, mother of 4, a runner and now a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping women age well. For the last 5+ years I have been working on myself from the inside out so that I can have a long healthspan (not just lifespan) and I am excited to be able to help others on their journey. I want to teach women that it's important to strength train even as we age as a preventative. Let's try to keep our bones and muscles strong as long as possible. I can help with nutrition strategies to help you lose weight, and most importantly with those mindset shifts to keep the results long lasting. I also have the personal running experience and coaching certification to help you get moving towards a 5k or even a marathon.
